• Extract and organize health information from documents

• Store health data locally on your device or in iCloud

3. USER REQUIREMENTS

4. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

• Documents you upload are processed through Anthropic's API for data extraction purposes

• Extracted health information is returned to your device

• We do not store copies of your health documents on our servers

4.2 Performance Analytics

• We collect anonymized usage data including:

  • Screen views and navigation patterns

  • App performance metrics

  • Feature usage statistics

• This data is used solely to improve app functionality and user experience

4.3 Data Storage

• Your health information is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account

• You maintain full control over your locally stored data

• We do not have access to data stored in your iCloud account

5. PERMISSIONS

6.1 You are solely responsible for:

• The authenticity of documents you upload

• Maintaining backups of your health data

• Protecting your device with appropriate security measures

6.2 You agree not to:

• Upload false or misleading health documents

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App

• Share your account with unauthorized users

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

7.1 The App uses Anthropic's API for document processing. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• Your documents will be transmitted securely to Anthropic for processing

• Processing is subject to Anthropic's privacy and security standards

• We are not responsible for Anthropic's data handling practices beyond our control

7.2 iCloud storage is subject to Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

8. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

8.1 The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

8.2 Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions.

8.3 We do not verify the accuracy of health information extracted from your documents.
